World Stuff

Nighttime: The world happens during nighttime, but sunlight STILL falls, but less oftenly.

Smog: Similar to fog, it covers tiles up to a column, where it stops. The column where it cannot rise anymore is indicated by a stick with a sign saying "WARNING" on it. Can be blown off by Blover temporarily, or Plantern can remove some of it.

Oil: Any plant that is not deep-rooted which is planted on it will die. Also, it pops out from random places at random times. Also, it speeds up zombies, but also causes them to slip sometimes. The surprise attack for the world is OIL RUSH!, where oil rushes 2-4 squares into the lawn, and Imps slide from them.

Smoke Attack: The brain buster of this world. Smog will cover the entire lawn, and will occasionally come back, so the player must keep track of where zombies appear and where the plants are planted on. Several zombies also come out in a cloud of smoke. The format of the brain buster is like "Special Delivery".

"Music": The normal stage music? Tough luck, I have none. The ultimate battle remix though would consist of various vibraphones accompanied by timpanis, gears clanking in the background, and a faint french horn.

New Items

  • ??? new plants!
  • 30 Levels!
  • 2 Upgrades!
  • 1 Zomboss Battle!
  • 1 Endless Zone!

Difficulty: Hard - Very Hard

Zombies

Worker Zombie

Regular slacking worker zombie.

Toughness: Average

Speed: Basic

First found in: Day 1

How Worker Zombie works 12 hours a day without getting exhasuted? Easy, by slacking off.

Flag Worker Zombie

Marks the arrival of a huge rioting "wave" of zombies.

Toughness: Average

Speed: Basic

First found in: Day 1

He likes his flag. No, seriously, he does. Just seeing it gives him a sense of danger, but hey, zombies don't even know what the word "danger" means, so it's fine!

Conehead Worker

His chimney-shaped cone protects him from damage.

Toughness: Protected

Speed: Basic

First found in: Day 1

Conehead Worker is pretty much a born leader when the Industrialisation began. He orders around smartly, and is dressed for excellence, but he gets outshined by Supervisor Gargantuar. Everytime.

Buckethead Worker

His oil-collecting bucket greatly increases his resistance to damage.

Toughness: Hardened

Speed: Basic

First found in: Day 1

Buckethead Worker hates collecting oil, ironically. He only does it because he likes the sound of oil splashing around. And the clanging of metal.

Grunt Imp

Slides past your defenses, then shambles along.

Toughness: Average

Speed: Speedy (When sliding) / Hungry (Otherwhise)

First found in: Day 3

Grunt Imp isn't really much of a gangster. He only got the nickname after Supervisor Gargantuar threw him around so much, that he grunts.

Supervisor Gargantuar

Titanic zombie who slams the wrench down.

Toughness: Great

Speed: Hungry

Special: Hurls Grunt Imp through a cannonball when damaged, killing the first plant it lands on.

Damage: Crushes plants with wrench.

First found in: Day 10

How he got the wrench stuck on the steam engine, nobody knows.

Steamcar Zombie

Races into your lawn and runs plants over.

Steamcar Zombie is similar to Jetpack Zombie, except that it is on the ground like other zombies, and instead of flying over, it crushes plants that it runs over. He might be OP, so he has many various weakness. Spikeweed and Spikerock can break the car and Gas-shroom obtained in this world can cog up the car with gas. Also, Factory Owner Zombie cannot cause it to switch lanes.

Toughness: Protected (20 NDS)

Speed: Speedy

Damage: Can crush plants it runs over.

First found in: Day 2

When news of the first steam cars came by, every zombie found them useless and for vanity only, but Steamcar Zombie decided that he'd go too fast for them.

Miner Zombie

Digs under a maximum of 3 plants before arising.

Miner Zombie is similar to Digger Zombie, but Miner Zombie doesn't dig instantly after getting into the lawn. Instead, he only digs underneath plants, and only a maximum of 3 as his pickax breaks once he digs under 3 plants. After that, he eats normally. If he tries digging under Potato Mine, it blows up. While he is digging, Factory Owner Zombie cannot cause him to change rows.

Toughness: Average (12 NDS)

Speed: Basic, Hungry (When digging)

Special: Invulnerable to any damage while digging.

Miner Zombie only mines for gold. He never finds it. He can't dig deeper though, because he doesn't like having to work. He's having trouble now. The thing is he's searching for fool's gold.

First found in: Day 4

Factory Owner Zombie

Switches lanes of zombies when whistle is blown.

Factory Owner Zombie is like a manual Piano Zombie, but his whistle can be stolen. He also blows it at a slower rate than the dancing cowboys' switching rate. When more than one is on screen though, the one that comes in earlier will stop blowing his whistle and head on like a Conehead Zombie.

You might think that this is a weaker version of Piano Zombie, but it is not. Even though it has less health then Piano Zombie, it allows special zombies and even Gargantuars to switch lanes.

Toughness: Protected (27 NDS)

Speed: Stiff

Special: Switches lanes of zombies when blowing whistle. Whistle can be stolen.

First found in: Day 7

"PREEET!" Factory Owner Zombie really likes hearing that sound. He does anything to make sure his whistle is protected. Seriously, he buys armor everyday from Engineer Zombie just for it.

Boiler Zombie

Pours liquid magma while he walks, that causes smog to disappear, but lava to appear, and oil to be ignited.

Aah, a game-changing zombie at last. Boiler Zombie pours magma behind him as he walks, acting like a Zomboni, except that the magma disappears by itself after a while. The magma he pours can also oddly make fog disappear, revealing him and where he is, along with other potential zombies that come by. The magma also ignites oil, causing zombies (Except the Cannoner Zombie and the Engineer Zombie) to be damaged on it at the same rate the Spikeweed damages zombies. Imps on the oil turn into Scorched Imps which are immune to the fire, and walk faster.

He has various weaknesses, the main one being the Water Pea, which douses magma 5 tiles in front of it and cools oil down, rendering him useless, but only if it is near a Water Pea, allowing Boiler Zombie to have some usefulness. Lobbed-shot plants can also shoot above the magma pot, but if the zombie is killed that way, the magma pot will overflow and get destroyed, flooding a 3x3 area of tiles which the pot is in.

Toughness: Dense (32 NDS, Magma Pot) / Average (10 NDS, Zombie)

Speed: Stiff, then Basic

Damage: Lava destroys plants on it, and stays there for some time, rendering planting impossible.

Special: Ignited oil and lava damages zombies on it, but turns imps into Scorched Imps, which walk faster.

First found in: Day 11

Boiler Zombie is pretty much a menace to anybody near him. Nobody understands that it's because of his pyromania, that he burns anything...

Cannoner Zombie

Fires lobbed cannonballs from above that hits random plants.

Cannoner Zombie may sound similar to Imp Cannon, but he is entirely different. His ability is to fire cannonballs that instantly kill any plant it lands on, even a PF'ed Tall-nut. However, he fires his cannonball slowly, and the plant that is targetted will be notified to the player by a target similar to Bungee Zombie's. Umbrella Leaf can also bounce back the cannonball all the way to the 9th column.

You may ask, "Why are you doing this?". Well, it's because the cannonballs block BOTH plants and zombies. The cannonball takes 20 NDS / NDB to be destroyed, causing the plants to have to get rid of the cannonball manually, but it can also render the zombies motionless for a while. However, Gargantuar can instantly destroy the cannonball, and Boiler Zombie burns the cannonball. This gives him some utilization. He cannot switch rows as well.

Toughness: Protected (25 NDS)

Damage: Cannonballs crush plants it lands on.

First found in: Day 15

Cannoner Zombie has been in the royal firing force, but he got slightly confused when he tried to shoot himself out of the cannon, as he used to be in a circus.

Engineer Zombie

Intelligent worker zombie that creates vehicles. His fire-proof boots gives him immunity to lava.

Here's that annoying zombie that everyone will ask me to nerf if they don't see this message! Trust me, he isn't really much of a menace. Firstly, he can only allow 3 zombies to be transformed, and after that, his wrench breaks, causing him to have to walk on. Additionally, if there is no zombie in his lane for about 9.5 - 15 seconds if his wrench is not broken, he will instantly die. He can only switch rows once his wrench breaks. He is also immune to lava, since he isn't moving for most of the time.

Toughness: Dense (35 NDS)

Speed: Unmoving, then Stiff

Special: Zombies that pass by him have a chance of turning into a Steamcar Zombie, Miner Zombie, Cannoner Zombie or Boiler Zombie.

First found in: Day 17

He may seem like a regular zombie, but Engineer Zombie is the electricity of the Revolution. His smartness even rivals Dr. Zomboss, who can't see how he can think beyond his head. It might even be possible that he has brains...

Heated Bucket Zombie

Dumber zombie with a boiling bucket on his head.

Toughness: Dense (34 NDS)

Speed: Hungry

Special: Immune to fire damage.

First found in: Day 30

Heated Bucket Zombie has been asked how he gets past a usual night without burning his bed. He replies that he doesn't even sleep on a bed. We still think he's lying though, and has some fireproof beds.

Zombot Factory Constructor

Information

Okay, so here's how the battle will run down. Okay, so the Zombot will start the battle by spewing smog that covers up to either the 5th, 6th or 7th column, depending on the amount of health he has. He then begins summoning several zombies in one wave, and at a moderate rate, begins to fire heated buckets at BASIC Zombies only. Once those zombies are defeated, the smog goes back but still covers the Zombot. Whenever smog is covering the Zombot, the plants cannot shoot it for some reason.

Anyways, once that happens, Zomboss summons Heated Bucket Zombies, an equal number in each row. After that, the smog completely goes away, allowing the plants to attack. However, The Zombot spews oil at various plants, killing them and leaving oil, which then can be stopped by Water Pea's plant food effect, causing the Zombot to malfunction. After that, Zomboss will summon zombies like the Zombot Dark Dragon, and there is no more smog. However, after some time, the smog returns, and then it is all random. See the Attacks list below this post for more information.

He summons:

First Phase

  • Worker Zombie
  • Conehead Worker
  • Buckethead Worker
  • Factory Owner Zombie

Second Phase

  • Conehead Worker
  • Grunt Imp
  • Steamcar Zombie
  • Miner Zombie
  • Supervisor Gargantuar

Third Phase

  • Conehead Worker
  • Buckethead Worker
  • Grunt Imp
  • Steamcar Zombie
  • Factory Owner Zombie

Possibly in all phases

  • Scorched Imp
  • Heated Bucket Zombie

Attacks (After first non-randomized attack)

  • Spawning in several-to-many zombies in one wave, and firing heated buckets at only the Basic Zombies. This attack brings the smog up to the 5th, 6th or 7th column.
  • Summoning an equal number of Heated Bucket Zombies in each row. Causes the smog to go back to the 3rd column, where it is just covering the Zombot.
  • Causing all the smog to disappear, and then firing oil drops at the plants.
  • Firing several Scorched Imps from its cannon. Causes the smog to go up to the 5th column.
  • Charging up a large cannonball that destroys all plants in two rows. Can be stopped with a plant food attack. Causes smog to disappear.

Speeches

Day 1

Crazy Dave: Whoa, Winnie- I mean Penni- I mean Penny! This place is DARK. Even this taco gas liquid solid thing makes it even worse!

Penny: David, have you even went through science?

Crazy Dave: Of course I did! I was learnt in zombie fighting!

Penny: Anyways, we are in the Industrial Revolution. There's smog that blocks vision everywhere, so Plantern should help!

Crazy Dave: Of course! Plantern! He loves to scare people, even my pal Harvey!

Day 3

Crazy Dave: I want to make those zombies hail me with my craziness! Firstly, I need a car!

Penny: That just reminds me, Gas-shroom! He can damage all zombies in a set area continously like poison!

Crazy Dave: Gas you say? Can I use it to refill my van of tacos?

Penny: ...

Day 7

Crazy Dave: Where's my sun bank?

Penny: I think it's gone, but anyways, we should use Scaredy-shroom here. He might be handy for early defense.

Crazy Dave: Of course, yes! Real handy, easy handy! I love getting a zombie mask and partying next to him!

Day 10

Start

Dr. Zomboss: Sacre bleu- I mean, welcome, David of Suburbia. I see you inferior beings are choking horribly here while I rest. Well, I'll send some of my tech-savvy zombies. Oh yeah, it's not for a computer game.

Penny: All this "swag" he has seems to be idiotic ironically. Dave?

Crazy Dave: Drat! I thought I could go on Tacobook! BECAUSE SWAG!

Penny: Sigh...

After

Dr. Zomboss: Mon dieu! Eh, I mean...zounds! Thou hath beaten Gargantuar of Zomboss Estate I see. I'll just warn thee, this taco adventure is meaningless. Peace. Totally no Revolution.

Crazy Dave: But my tacos are cooked! I can't let them be ruined!

Penny: Define "cooked".

Crazy Dave: I draw, cook and quarter them with Gas-shroom for an hour!

Day 12

Crazy Dave: This place is really dark! As dark as the time when I walked around the lawn at night!

Penny: Smog covers all the lawn tiles here, and it comes back even if it's blown away. It even hides zombies!

Crazy Dave: What's worse, the fact that I keep on sneezing, or the fact that there are zombies appearing like magic from smog?

Penny: That is obvious, User Dave.

Day 23

Crazy Dave: I need something to get rid of this huge cloud of zombies!

Penny: I suggest we use the Doom-shroom. He can blow up a huge area, at a cost of a tile which can be replanted on after some time.

Crazy Dave: Good idea, Penny! But can I use him as a Halloween costume?

Day 30

Start

Dr. Zomboss: Thou hath gotten here - Wait, I mean, you have gotten here I see. Well, I'll tell you, "homeowner", that David and Penny are not those you should trust here. Soon a revolution shall begin, and you'll know why.

Crazy Dave: Now what is he talking about? He's the bad guy, and I know it, because-

Penny: Yeah, yeah, we know, you're crazy. That zombie will never learn how to industrialize, so what is the point?

After

Dr. Zomboss: I see that your taco quest still continues. David, I do not have the taco. This is all an illusion. Now goodbye, and I shalt head to-eth thee next-eth world. Prepare-eth.

Penny: He never gives up, does he?
