Keep in mind that if they do add "I, Zombie" to PvZ2, we probably won't be able to use every zombie, and even less likely those dinosaurs.

I don't know, though for some reason I just have the feeling they wouldn't let us use dinosaurs. Though that's assuming that they'll even add "I, Zombie" to PvZ2, or have it be anything like what we suggested.
I also recall that in PvZ1, they didn't let us use the entire roster of zombies.

This is just an "ideas" thing, and would the sun costs would be. They definitely will not use all of them but it's just an idea. That, and there was an idea mentioned for an I, Zombie endless zone.
Anyways, ideas for the new Modern Day Zombies-
- Newspaper Zombie-200 sun
- Balloon Zombie-100 sun

I think Newspaper shoud be buffed to 250
Balloon zombie should be 200.
