These are the rules of promoting the proper treatment towards other users on the Plants vs. Zombies Wiki.
Feeding the trolls
While on other sites, people may encourage trolls who breach the user treatment policies. Obviously, they are not likeable, and we understand that, however users who are not staffs should not, under any circumstances, encourage them by telling them to stop. A friendly warning is okay, and so it should be, however if they persist, do not encourage them to carry on, as they will likely cause more damage for the team to clean up later on. Humiliation of trolls is ill-advised, as often it breaks UTP. This is currently one of the problems of the wiki, so users, especially staffs should pay attention to this.
Newcomers make mistakes. If they deliberately perform bad, they will be punished. People who edit the articles saying "Crash is coming back" unaware that opinions and false information are not allowed in the articles, of course users need to call out others when this is done, however this must be done in a friendly way. If others persist in making bad edits, they can use the chatroom or admins' talk page where users can get help. Persistent harassment, when unjustified, is one of the more extreme cases of UTP and will almost certainly result in a block.
Being a jerk
Acting irate, and not accepting other opinions is a violation of this policy. Immaturity is not tolerated here as this wiki is a mature, insightful wiki where discussions are shared and well received. If community members are sharing a personal joke for example in the chatroom, and another user asks what the policy is about, the mature approach would explain it or at least give an idea of it if the user who made the joke does not wish to disclose further information about it. This is so that everybody can be involved at all times in discussion on the wiki. In short, when making a point in a community discussion, do not illustrate your point in such a manner that is detrimental to the wiki. Make your point, but never go overboard in doing so, as this is a breach of UTP.
