Pirate Seas - Day 7 is the seventh level of Pirate Seas in Plants vs. Zombies 2. When this level is finished for the first time, the player receives a note that shows a map to a treasure.

Difficulty

• This level is relatively similar to the last one, but with the addition of the Barrel Roller Zombie. The Barrel Roller Zombie pushes a barrel that instantly kills any plant in front of it until destroyed, where two Imp Pirate Zombies appear in the rows above and below the barrel. The counter to this zombie is the new Spikeweed. This plant can get rid of the barrel. The Spikeweed will be destroyed in the process.

Waves

The small number next to the zombie icon means that zombie will always appear in that lane, with 1 being the topmost lane and 5 being the bottommost one.

Strategies

Strategy 1

• Required plants:
  • Sunflower
  • Repeater (or Bloomerang)
  • Iceberg Lettuce
  • Wall-nut
  • Potato Mine
  • Snapdragon
• Do as you did in the previous level. However, be careful of Barrel Roller Zombie, as they can crush your Wall-nuts. Bloomerangs should kill it easily.
• Try to plant many Wall-nuts to block the Imp Pirate Zombies and Swashbuckler Zombies.

Strategy 2

• Required plants:
  • Sunflower
  • Peashooter
  • Bonk Choy
  • Kernel-pult
  • Snapdragon
  • Spikeweed
• Plant two rows of Sunflowers, on the first and second column and plant Peashooters and Kernel-pults on the third and fourth column.
• Plant Spikeweeds on the eighth and ninth columns.
• Plant Snapdragons on the fifth and sixth columns.
• Plant Bonk Choys on the seventh column.
• This is a good strategy for hard zombies, such as Swashbuckler Zombies, Imp Pirates, and Conehead Pirates.
