- Unlike in Plants vs. Zombies 2 and Plants vs. Zombies Online, all lanes have planks.
- Furthermore, the lawn is set in a layout of 3x10 tiles, instead of 5x9.
- Not counting the Zombot Plank Walker, the Imp Cannon, Pirate Gargantuar and Imp Pirate Zombie are the only zombies not featured as enemies in this world, even though this is the world they originate from.
- The Torch Kung-Fu Zombie also appears here, even though he is from Kung-Fu World.
