Nutrition Room was a building in Plants vs. Zombies Online. In this building, the player could click one of the "nutritionists" (Imitater, Bruce Bamboo, Sunflower, Wall-nut, Bonk Choy, and Squash) for them to give reagents for the player, which costed coins. The latter plant would later have a higher chance of giving a high-rarity reagent. Once a plant is clicked, there would be a chance for the next plant to be clickable. The player could either obtain the reagent or break it down into powders once it was given to the player.

There were 8 types of reagent for each rarity, and the player could use them to equip it for the tiles on your Adventure Mode lawn. The player could only equip one type of reagent for each of the 8 slots of each tile on the Adventure Mode lawn, which had 7 tiles on each side. The player could also upgrade the reagents which powders. Note that Legendary and Best reagents could only be obtained with Golden Liquid which could be obtained through events.
