IMPfestation Ahead! is the thirty-second mission for the plant side in Plants vs. Zombies Heroes. The main opposing zombie hero is Impfinity. This mission also features Neptuna and Brain Freeze as opposing zombie heroes.

Origins

The name of the mission is a portmanteau of "infestation" and "Imp."

Impfinity starts with -4 cards and has only 20 in his deck. Impfinity also summons an at the start of each turn in a random lane.

This deck is both imps and removal, with Sharktronic Sub for late game. Try to remove his zombies and use high-health plants to counter Bungee Plumber.

Teammate Battle (I)

Neptuna will attempt to move plants to lanes with Arm Wrestlers using Sumo Wrestlers and Rodeo Gargantuars, destroy weak plants with Rolling Stone, and keep herself alive with Undying Pharaoh. Use Grave Buster to remove the gravestones and Squash to destroy the powerful zombies.

Mini-Boss Battle

This deck is the exact same as the encounter battle, only Impfinity has less Fireworks Zombies and more Zombot's Wrath. Any strategies used in the encounter battle are to be applied here. To see what is inside the gravestones, bring a Spyris along.

Teammate Battle (II)

Brain Freeze is using a full Gravestone deck, with Nibble to weaken your plants and heal himself, and Locust Swarm to destroy potential threats. Grave Buster is highly recommended for this battle.

Boss Battle

This is by far Impfinity's weakest deck, as there are only 20 cards, and only 8 of them are actual fighters. The zombies can easily be destroyed with tricks like Berry Blast and Whack-A-Zombie, and high health plants can counter Bungee Plumber.

Tips

The best option for the boss battle by far is the use of Kabloom heroes. Sour Grapes can kill every clone on the field, Team-Up plants like Shroom for Two and Pair of Pears will force Impfinity to spend tricks on them, and tricks like Berry Blast and Cherry Bomb can knock the Toxic Waste Imp and Imp Commander out of the running. In addition, the mid-boss battle can easily be won by using Solar Flare and using Scorched Earth (this also works for Chompzilla, but the Kabloom class is more useful in these missions.)

• This is the second mission in Plants vs. Zombies Heroes to make a pun related to the word "Imp." The first mission to do so is IMPossible Mission!.
