Winter-mint will be available starting from December 11th.
Appease-mint will be available starting from January 8th, 2019.
No information regarding release dates of Snap Pea, Mini Peashooter, or Burnade.
You know it's just a Basic Zombie retextured to look like Cardio Zombie? The actual Zombie won't behave like that at all.
It appears that a new Zombie is being introduced in 7.0 version... Say hello to Cardio Zombie!
"ZOMBIE_GENERAL_TREADMILL_PHASE1": "Cardio Zombie",
"ZOMBIE_GENERAL_TREADMILL_PHASE1_DESCRIPTION": "Cardio Zombie is all about health, healthiness and healthy lifestyles. He refuses to consume carbs, downing nothing but high-protein brains for every meal. In his opinion, other zombies really need to up their game. NO EXCUSES!",
"ZOMBIE_GENERAL_TREADMILL_PHASE1_DESCRIPTION_HEADER": "Advances to a set spot on the board, then tosses buffing brains at other zombies until he's chased away or retreats on his own.",
This plant is still heavily unfinished in 6.9, and it doesn't work as expected. We'll see how the plant actually works when we get the soft release of 7.0.
The speed is what makes them really hard to beat because in fact, they have only... 55 HP. Ten less than a Buckethead has.
I have suspicions about zombies receiving a speed boost after leaving their hamster-balls. The Camel Zombies were moving faster than Neon Bucketheads despite former being slower than the latter according to the coding.
Starting from the 6.9 version, you will no longer be unable to use the Plant Food Recharge upgrade on the Power Mints.

The next mint after Arma-Mint will be Contain-mint that will be available starting August 21. Chances are that also will be the day that the 6.9 version goes worlwide (mostly because it's Tuesday on that day).
Here's the full mint schedule taken from the game's files:
August 21 - Contain-mint goes live
September 18 - Spear-mint goes live
October 16 - Pepper-mint goes live
November 13 - Enchant-mint goes live
There is no more scheduled data for the remaining mints, so it's possible that all mints mentioned above might be coming in the next update.
Furthermore, starting August 27, a new type of quests referred to as "Battlez Practice Quest" will be periodically available, where players may be able to test their strategies without the risk of losing rewards.
Both the Hamster Ball and Shadow Peashooter are put in their respective Battlez levels that were unfortunately not put into the Battlez schedule yet. That means that their chance of appearing during the update's launch is very slim.

I realized I was constantly talking about this week being the one when Set 3 releases. I forgot to notice the 27th week of Daily Battles was lacking the deck file for the challenge, while the one we are starting now is 26th. This doesn't mean the update can't be tommorow, but now it can be technically anytime, from Tuesday to Friday, or the next Monday, Tuesday.
Such update with the fix to the Wednesday's challenge has been uploaded on the main asset bundle server... along with the entire Colossal Fossils content available for everyone.
Colossal Fossils update data has been added to the asset bundle download server. There is a 99% chance for it to come out before this Tuesday as:
- the Daily Battles schedule for this version ends this week
- as stated above, it's been added to the server, which means it's very close to release.
- it's basically done.
The server version features only Colossal Fossils cards and not Triassic Triumph cards (as expected), which confirms my theory that this expansion is being released the same way worlds were in PvZ2, in two parts.
I didn't say I didn't know that.
